Leading Canada’s Response to Gangs, Organized Crime & Human Trafficking

Founded in 2001, ONGIA has grown from a provincial initiative into a national leader in gang and organized crime training. As street gangs and criminal networks have expanded across Canada, so has the demand for intelligence-informed training, education, and strategic awareness. Today, ONGIA delivers specialized training to law enforcement, corrections, educators, and community partners from coast to coast.

ONGIA is governed by a volunteer board of experienced professionals from across the criminal justice sector. The organization provides expert-led training and awareness on street gangs, organized crime, and gang-related human trafficking. Through strategic partnerships with communities, agencies, and institutions, ONGIA works to strengthen prevention efforts and reduce gang activity in neighbourhoods and schools across Canada.
