Membership

Do you have to be a member of law enforcement to be a member of ONGIA?


Yes, please see the eligibility criteria. There are some exceptions, please contact the Director of Membership (email) if you believe you meet the exception criteria.




Are there rules for the use of information obtained through ONGIA Membership?


Yes there are Rules and Regulations that must be followed when using the ONGIA Member website and the materials obtained through your membership. A detailed list of these rules is provided to each new member that joins this association.





Webinars

What is the cost to participate in the webinars?


Webinars are included with the purchase of an ONGIA Membership. A cost of $20 per webinar for non-members.




I am not currently a member of ONGIA, can I still participate in the webinars?


Yes, they are being offered to sworn members of the justice community. This includes police, corrections, border services, special constables, analysts, crowns, military and staff involved in the analysis, enforcement and prosecution of criminal offences. There is a cost of $20 per webinar for non-members




Can I still register if I don’t currently have access to my agency email due to COVID-19?


Yes please email the Director of Membership (email) providing your agency and position as well as an explanation of your circumstances for further vetting.





Training

Does ONGIA provide training to organizations outside of law enforcement?


Yes, please contact our Directors of Training (email) and provide a brief description of your organization and what type of training sessions you are interested in.




Do I have to be a member of ONGIA to participate in training?
